My family and I have been patients of Dr. Wei since I was a kid. The staff are friendly, the office is welcoming and clean.Dr Wei is one of the best. I highly recommend going to Dr. Wei if you’re in the east valley area.

Truly a gem in the Fulton ranch area. Top notch staff, friendly, professional, and convenient. I enjoy the never crowded waiting room, courteous appt reminders, and that awesome clean feeling after a cleaning which makes my food and drink taste better. It's a win win for foodies.

My family and I have been coming to Promenade Dental since I was a kid. I have been seeing Dr. Wei for almost 20 years now for my dental care. Dr. Wei is very professional, knowledgeable and very trustworthy when it comes to taking care of my teeth! Jolyn is my favorite. She has been my dental hygienist this whole time as well. She is awesome and makes me feel very comfortable at every cleaning. The office is very clean and the front desk lady heather is very nice and professional as well. They have basically seen me grown up which is crazy for how long I’ve been apart of this office. I am so glad to have been established for so long and continue to be! I highly recommend this dental office. Thank you for all that you do for my family and I :)

I have been a going to Promenade Dental since 2008. I go every 6 months for teeth cleaning, they have excellent service. They never over book appointments, so you are never going to be waiting a long time to be seen. Dental office is nice and clean. I highly recommend it.

I have been a patient of James Wei @ Promenade Dental for twenty years. His office is clean and modern. Dr. Wei is also very gentle and extremely intelligent and competent. The hygienist Jolyn has been doing my cleanings and X-rays for as many years and she is gentle and caring. I can’t say enough good things about this office and it’s staff and that should be evident by the fact that they have been my dentist for all these years.

I’ve been coming here for more than 10+ years and have no plans on changing anytime soon. Memories from being a child and being asked if it hurt or if I’m ok was always great to me. Dr Wei. Was always concerned about your feelings where as some that I’ve been to just see you as a number and want to get you in and out. As an adult he’s still very good and concerned still!! Every time I come I enjoy my time at the dentist and leave with a smile!!

I’ve been coming here for 20 years. I’ve always been extremely impressed and satisfied with the quality of service and people. They’ve always been immensely kind, from when I was a terrified 5 year old to our bi-annual story-trading nowadays as we catch up. I chipped my tooth ~17 years ago and nobody notices that a good chunk of my front tooth is fake, and even I forget most of the time. They call a few days in advance for reminders & I’m never waiting long for my appointment. Their schedule goes late so I’ve been able to keep going even when work hasn’t been flexible.

My family and I have been at Promenade for over a decade, since I was a kid! Everyone is super friendly and extremely fast and professional, Each year I go I never have had a bad experience. Dr. Wei is very attentive and understanding about any problems you might have, he will go in-depth about any treatments if you are interested. The spaces are clean and the setup is intuitive. Definitely a perfect dentist recommendation for families with younger children, or even older folks that are looking for a quiet calm environment while your teeth are getting looked at :)

As a client for over eight years, I’ve always had a great experience at Promanade Dental. From the great hygienist, who has had to clean my teeth to Dr Wei who has a great patient rapport. I have been going Promenade Dental since I moved here several years ago. I like the friendly and skilled staff and the professionalism of the practice. Jolene, Dr. Wei's dental hygienist is a joy to visit; she is efficient and o personable that I look forward to my visits. Dr. Wei has been very thorough in preventative checks, so I have not yet needed any major dental work; however, I am certain the procedures would be expertly completed. I have been happy to refer my friends and family as they have relocated here.

Great office with friendly staff. They explain my insurance benefits to me if I have a question and tell me how much I have to pay ahead of time if I have out of pocket costs. My husband had an emergency during the COVID closures and Dr. Wei took care of him with no problems. And I always get my goodie bag!

Dr. James Wei and crew have been providing excellent service and care to my family for years. It’s not only the bi-annual check up and cleaning, Dr. Wei has been there for our serious emergency dental situations from a broken jaw with cracked teeth to an elbowed front tooth and other dental emergency issues. Anytime we have called Dr. Wei has been picked up. He’s been a tooth saver for our family and we are fortunate to have him as our family dentist!

My family has been getting biannual dental check ups for around 5 years or so. Since I don't have cavities (touch wood!!), I have needed only dental cleaning at every visit. Ms. Jolynn, the dental hygienist who does my teeth cleaning, is amazing!! She always works hard to make sure my teeth are cleaned thoroughly at every visit.👍

Appointments are easy to make, and Dr. Wei is cheerful and friendly. I have no more than a 5 minute wait before my appointments and the dental assistant is friendly and fun to talk to. Best part, they have a day or two where they take later appointments.

I have a very sensitive teeth and before I found Dr. Wei I usually switch dentist every 6 months, I’m so happy I found this clinic, been a patient here for years, never plan on switching dentist since. Dr Wei is very thorough and Jolyn which is his dental hygienist is the best there is. To be quite honest I switch dental clinic often because it’s so hard to find a hygienist that truly knows how to deal with patients with extremely sensitive teeth. Jolyn is very knowledgeable, very patient with me and very gentle but thorough. I swear I never have to double check my teeth when I get home if there’s something that is missed. I have been coming to see Dr. Wei for many years after getting recommended to see him. He and his staff are very polite and friendly. I had bad experiences with previous dentists and even left emotionally traumatized. I explained this to Dr. Wei when I initially came to see him and he was very understanding and patient. He would always answer any questions I had and explain everything to my satisfaction. Though his office is a bit of a drive for me, I don’t mind at all.

I was never a fan of going to the dentist but after finding Dr Wei several years back, my visits are now pleasant and comfortable. Jolynn makes the visit fun and pleasant. She’s engaging and doesn’t make cleaning your teeth hurt during or after the cleaning. Dr Wei finishes up the visit, always cheerful, with a thorough examination. The office is always clean and tidy. They are always accommodating if you need to reschedule appointments or with referrals. From Jennifer upfront, she is always kind, smiling and very knowledgeable with her dental billing and coding. Jolyn the hygienist is amazing! She does a very thorough job, firm yet gentle. I am very particular about my dental cleaning, and she is by far the best! Last but not least, Dr. Wei has done beautiful dentistry in my mouth from fillings, crowns, bridges... I never had a problem with them, and they are still in great shape after 10 years! We would not consider going to any other dental office and Dr. Wei is the best dentist I have ever gone to. Everyone there always makes me feel at ease! Promenade Dental has been taking care of my teeth for quite a few years. It’s always been a good experience. Dr. Wei and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and can handle any situation. Visits to the Dentist are never pleasant but Promenade Dental takes the edge off. After recently moving further away, I still plan to visit Promenade Dental on a regular basis. I am a regular patient and continue to recommend them to people that move to the area. They have great office hours and location. The front office staff ( jennifer ) is outstanding and know how to deal with your insurance program. Very clean and organized office. Dr Wei is always concerned about his patients and listens to them to address their needs. Highly recommended.
