Yes. Denture fit changes as the jaw changes shape over time. We assess fit and adjust or reline where that solves it, and talk through the alternatives when it does not.
Yes, and this is deliberate. Appointments are scheduled to allow for it, and you will see the same dentist each visit rather than repeating your history to someone new.
