The guarantee applies to treatment performed on or after August 1, 2026. Work completed before that date is not covered. Within that scope, it applies to our workmanship on covered treatment that fails under normal use, within the period shown, while your routine six-month cleanings and exams are current. It does not cover damage from accidents or trauma, neglect, grinding without a recommended night guard, or conditions outside our control. We confirm the exact terms for your treatment before we begin.
